Rava Laddu – Diwali Special Sweets


Rava Laddu – Diwali Special Sweets :-

Sooji/Upma Rava/Semolina – 1 cup
Sugar – 3/4 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
Cashew nuts – few
Raisins – few
Ghee – 3 tsps
Milk – few tsps
1.  Heat a pan and put in 1 tsp of ghee and fry the cashew nuts and raisins until brown. Take  
 away from pan, keep aside.
2.  In the same container, add sooji and fry it until a nice aroma comes from it and it turns light            brownish. Take away from the container, keep aside.
3.  Take a bowl, add sooji, sugar, cardamom powder, ghee and mix well. Add some milk and mix    well.
4.  Divide the mixture into small balls and top with cashew nut and raisin. whereas shaping the laddos  take care such the mixture stays along. Place the laddus on a plate and laddus will harden after a  few minutes.
